Transcripts

GMAT or GRE

Integral Leadership Development commences from the moment students join the MBA program. ILD is a quantitative self-examination conducted by the University, overseen by business executives and faculty members. Over four days, students engage in individual and group activities, allowing the incoming class to assess their strengths and weaknesses comprehensively. In the first year at Mendoza, students kickstart their journey with the Integral Leadership Development workshop, gaining insights into their leadership style. The Fulltime MBA at Mendoza is 2 years in length. It prepares students for high-impact careers where they can utilize their virtuous outlook in the professional realm. John Affleck-Graves

Professor Affleck-Graves is the Notre Dame Chair in Finance at Mendoza College of Business. He has published more than 50 works, and his research specialization is in initial public offerings, valuation and asset pricing models, and shareholder value added methodology. He is the recipient of 6 teaching awards in both the MBA and EMBA programs. He has worked professionally at numerous companies as well as in the academic world in both the U.S. and South Africa

Mike Crant

Professor Crant is the Mary Jo and Richard M. Kovacevich Professor of Excellence in Leadership Instruction for Management & Organization. His research interests are on workplace dynamics and proactive personality and behavior at work. He is highly-cited, with his work being published in Personnel Psychology and the Journal of Applied Psychology. His areas of expertise are in Proactive Personality and Behavior, Organizational Behavior, Impression Management and Self-Handicapping, and Personality and Technology Use.
