He has worked previously at the University of Chicago Booth of Business as well as London Business School and Columbia University. His work has been published in numerous journals, including the Journal of Finance, the Journal of Financial Economics, among others. He also received numerous awards for his work and teaching capabilities.
Professor Green is the Professor of Sustainable Energy Business. He has been with Imperial College of Business since 2011. His research interests are on the economics and regulation of the electricity industry and has written on market power in wholesale electricity markets. At the moment his research interests are on the impact of low-carbon generation. He is well-published, with his publications appearing in numerous journals.

MBA Program Overview #
The Full-time MBA program at Imperial College Business School takes place over a single year and emphasizes modern thinking and experiences through hands-on projects. Designed for turning students into well-rounded leaders, the program incorporates pre-study, core, and elective modules. Each builds off of every student’s passions and previous experiences so that classrooms are filled with diverse thinking and innovative ideas. Located in London, MBAers have access to the challenges and benefits of one of Europe’s largest cities. Students graduate from London with the necessary skills to find solutions and make an impact in business and society.
Year One Description #
Before classes begin in earnest, students attend pre-study modules. In September introduction courses and core modules offer students the fundamentals of business acumen. After the exam period has finished, students participate in numerous electives and innovative projects and experiences. These being the Imperial Innovation Challenge, The European Business Insights, and the Global Experience Week. At the end of the year, students conduct a capstone project where they put their theoretical skills into practice.

Imperial Innovation Challenge
This immersive experience is designed for students to utilize business model innovation for creating positive environmental and social effects through economic disruption. At the end of the project, students will be able to show off their ciritical knowledge skills and be able to articulate the importance of sustainable innovation solving global challenges. During this challenge, students will have access to top industry experts. The 2020 Innovation Challenge Theme was: Sustainable Infrastructure-creating a path to the future.
Student Life #
Students at Imperial College Business School have a host of opportunities to explore. They can be come engaged in any number of the student led clubs, or take on leadership positions by starting their own. They can develop their entrepreneurial ideas in the Imperial Enterprise Lab workshops and competitions or use their unique skills to benefit society. Application Process #
Need a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
At least a UK second class Honours.
At least a 600 GMAT or GRE accepted.
Foreign Language Requirements
Must have a degree from an English language institution in order to waive the Foreign Language Requirement.
A personal statement, one page in length, discussing motivations and listing other supportive information.
Two recommenders are required.
